Individual extensions are made of a synthetic material to look like perfect natural eyelashes (thicker at base and thinner at the tip with a slight curl). Several different colors are available to best fit your look. Eyelash extensions are adhered one by one to a natural lash with a medical-grade bonding adhesive giving the appearance of a darker and thicker lash-line.

Yes, eyelash extensions are very safe and natural.  Erin has several years’ experience as a medical professional and is certified as a lash technician.  Anyone with an eyelash to attach to can receive eyelash extensions.  However, if you have any of the following conditions please consult with Erin prior to scheduling a full set to best determine if lashes are right for you.

 - Extremely sensitive eyes or skin 
 - Eye infection of any kind 
 - Allergy to cyanoacrylate (this is used in acrylic nails and most adhesives of any kind)

An average eyelid has approximately 100 natural hairs which shed at an average rate of 20-30% every 2 weeks. Therefore, when the natural hair sheds, so does the extension that was attached to it. Since new hairs are always growing in, refills can be performed to attach extensions to the new growth keeping the lashes looking full continuously or for as long as you wish to maintain them.

A full set will last 2-3 weeks and recurring appointments are recommended so you never lose your glamorous look!

The application process is very relaxing and similar to a spa service.  You lie down on a plush table and have your eyes closed the entire time. The application is very gentle and can be best described as though someone is gently brushing through your lashes. All you need to do is relax, enjoy music and good conversation with Erin as she works her magic!

It can take up to 8 hours for the eyelash extension adhesive to fully cure the bond between your natural lash and the extensions.  Avoid swimming, spas, saunas, showering and tanning on the day of your lash appointment. After the 8 hours, they are able to get wet. At times your eyelash extensions may get tangled but all you have to do is gently brush them to reshape. The overall upkeep is very minimal and very easy to manage.

Remove all eye makeup and clean your eyelashes.  Remove contact lenses.  Refrain from curling or perming your natural lashes prior to receiving your full set.

Yes, if for any reason you decide to remove your eyelash extensions, please setup an appointment to have them safely removed.  This process is painless and easy by using a special ointment so the extensions slide off easily.
